Our analysis focuses on the tools used on a job, the physical layout of the workplace, the environmental factors that affect employees' performance, and the physical, cognitive and psychological demands of a job. In light of industrial health and safety standards, all elements of risk and hazard are identified to make recommendations regarding physical injury prevention through the modification in work methods, body mechanics training, job task rotation and stretching exercises as well as promoting psychologically healthy workplaces.
