For clients experiencing difficulty in their current workplace due to a prior injury, our Occupational Therapists intervene at the workplace. Job tasks are reviewed with the individual and ways to safely accommodate the employee are determined. Accommodations may be from the physical, cognitive or psychological perspective, depending on the barriers.
